"So I talked to a photographer today about shooting our wedding. She's got a great website, and her posted pictures look exactly like what I would like for the wedding. She's only going to cost $2000 and I'm sure--"
"Whaaaa-aaaaat?!"
"It's not that much, comparatively. And that price is for 8 hours of her shooting us before the wedding, for the formal wedding pictures, the ceremony, AND the reception. Plus, she will throw in engagement pictures for free. I was thinking it would be fun to have Connor join us in those."
Scott forces his mouth in a thin line, and he starts to look very tired all of a sudden.
"I checked around for other prices and she was one of the lower ones. Don't worry, it's just our WEDDING. It's not like we want to remember it in pictures or anything." I smile at him, trying to lighten the mood.
Scott sighs, "That is just so expensive, Honey. Especially when we are so short in the bank account department as it is."
"Well, maybe we could get a smaller package from her. Just use her for the formal pictures and the ceremony. That will only cost $1500."
"Dang! Wedding photographers make a LOT of money...
I may have to BECOME a wedding photographer to PAY for our wedding photographer."
