In an attempt to cut out many toxins that enter my body every day, I am working hard to adjust what I eat and what I drink. A personal detox for the body.
So, no coffee in the morning. More water. No coffee in the afternoon. Less diet cokes. More decaffeinated tea. No glasses of wine.
This is going to be hard. Like swimming-across-the-Columbia hard.
So far, I've found that if I remain strong, try and remember to consider these all "toxins" and not think too hard about it, it will be easy.
It also helps not to cry.
