Ugh.
The first day on the diet depressed me. I had no energy, I was in a perma-pissy mood all day. And all I craved with chocolate. And diet pepsi.
After I got home from work, even Scott retreated in defense of my mood.
Today is the second day, and I feel better. Maybe because I imagine that my jeans are fitting slightly looser. Maybe because I know that vegetables, fruit and water definitely out-weigh all the carbs and caffeine I crave. That means I'm on my way to being healthier, right?
Ugh, ugh, ugh.
But someone is on my side, because when I walked into the lunchroom... wincing, of course, because there is always treats on the table for all to take and eat... I spotted a bowl of healthy veggies.
It's nice to know I'm not the only one eating rabbit food right now.
